Week 59: Frohe Ostern!

Servus alle!

We had a bit of a slower week even with transfers going on. A lot of people are taking their Easter break here, so it has been hard to meet up with them. Luckily, we were still able to find stuff to do. We did some finding this week, and actually have seen some pretty good success from that. We also made some little Easter baskets, and delivered them to some less-active members. All in all, it was a good week.

Last Tuesday, we went to the botanical gardens here in Augsburg. A lot of the bushes and trees were still bare, but there were still quite a few flowers. The greenhouse also had a lot to see, so I'd say it was definitely worth it.

We also had transfers this week, so I said goodbye to Sister Tripp. I'm a little bit sick of goodbyes, so I'm glad that I don't have too many left on my mission haha.

It was really exciting meeting Sister Ligon, though! She is awesome, and I already really enjoy working with her. She is the Head Content Creator for our mission, so it's been fun helping her with that. As you all know, it was Easter on Sunday. I love the Easter season, and I'm especially grateful for this time we have to reflect on Jesus Christ and His suffering, death, and resurrection. I know that He loves us. I know that He suffered for us, so that He could give us hope, peace, and joy.

I know that "…we are more than conquerors through him that loved us" (Romans 8:37).

I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Liebe Grüße,

Sister Gladwell
