Week 56: Trust In The Lord And His Timing

Servus alle!

First of all, I want to thank you all for your prayers. Our dear friend was able to completely stop drinking coffee. She was suffering from some pretty bad headaches as she stopped, but she was able to push through. I know it was because of all your prayers.

Unfortunately, she was not baptized this week. On Thursday, she was talking with a classmate about her decision to be baptized. This classmate told her that our church was a cult, and that she should be really careful. This placed some doubts in her mind, and so she no longer feels quite ready to be baptized. I can imagine that it was a difficult decision for her, so if y'all could continue to pray for her, that would be wonderful!

It was pretty disappointing to hear that news, but I know that I have every reason to trust in our Heavenly Father and His plan for us. Regardless of if she chooses to continue to meet with us, I know that everything will be okay, and everything will happen according to the Lord's timing.

For some happier news, we had a nice outing in Augsburg on Tuesday. We bought some food, went to Schaezler Palace, and went to St. Ulrich's Cathedral. Schaezler Palace doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is beautiful! It's been converted into an art museum, so we got to see a lot interesting things.

That's all for this week! Ich bin so dankbar für euch und für eure Unterstützung!

Liebe Grüße,

Sister Gladwell
