Week 26: The Dritt
Grüezi mitenand,
This week Sister Smith and I got some exciting news: we were going to be in a dritt (trio) for the next two weeks! Our new comp is none other than the lovely Sister Terrell! We already knew her from our district, so we were hyped. Sister Terrell is so much fun, and it's already been such a party. The only catch is that we are triple-covering haha! So now we have Singen, Schaffhausen, and Schwammedigen. It's been busy, but we're making it work haha!
We went to Oeschinensee last week! The hike itself was tough, but at least it was pretty the entire way up.When we got to the lake, there were a ton of cows everywhere. Naturally, I went to pet one, and it cuddled up next to me!!
We met with one of our friends this week, and she broke the news to us that she would be on vacation for the next couple of months. Normally this isn't a big deal, but she doesn't have a phone, and she is super worried about her family knowing that she's meeting with the missionaries. We scheduled an appointment with her a couple of months out, but it was sad because I didn't know if I'd be able to see her again.
On Thursday we said goodbye to Sister Marriott, sent her off, and met up with Sister Terrell. We met with some members and got absolutely soaked in the rain. We were riding our bikes around Singen, but then we had to walk because Sister Terrell's bike tire popped haha. It was quite the adventure haha!!
Well, that's another week in the books! Ich wünsche euch eine schöne Woche!
Große Liebe,
Sister Gladwell
