Hoi zäme! I can't believe it, but I'm at the end of my mission. As I'm writing this email, I am on the train to Munich where I will have my last interview with President Bates. From there, I'll be flying home on Thursday. First of all, I want to thank all my friends and family that have helped me throughout my mission. You have been there supporting me through it all and have been some amazing mentors and friends to me. To be honest, this week was really sad. I said many goodbyes to both friends and members. On Sunday, I got up to share my testimony with the ward. I looked up at all their faces in the crowd, and I just felt so much love for them. I have an unbelievable amount of love for all the people of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and I know that they will always hold a special place in my heart. Hoi zäme! I have spent the majority of this past week just eating cereal. Sister Field introduced me to Nougat Pillows (basically just off-brand Krave), and I have not been able to stop eating them. It was a pretty normal week. We met with our friends, did a little bit of finding, and visited members. We visited a less-active lady, and she just started meowing at us in the middle of the appointment. For some reason, Sister Field meowed back, so they were just meowing at each other for like a good 30 seconds lol. I've been in a little bit of a funk lately, with the craziness of the emergency transfer and with going home soon, so it's been a little hard to feel motivated to do missionary work. Thankfully, Sister Field has been really patient and helpful with that. We both agreed that since this upcoming week is my last week on the mission, we are going to work super hard!
