Hoi zäme! We are taking our p-day today because we had zone conference yesterday. We talked a lot about the new Preach My Gospel, and even got a little printed copy of it! We also sang our mission song, "Er Ruft" together for my last time. It was a little bit sad, but as we were singing, I looked around the room and saw all the amazing people I've had the opportunity to serve with. I don't think that words can quite describe the feeling, but I just felt so happy. Anyway, Sister Field and I had a good week together! It's been a bit hectic trying to show her everything about Burgdorf in 3 weeks, but I know that she'll take good care of it! We met with quite a few members and some of our friends, so nothing too crazy. I really am going to miss these people. The members here are just so loving and so supportive and have taught me so much. We also had an Ausstellung in Thun this past weekend. Hoi zäme! This past week was my last one with Sister Bréant, but it was a good one! We met with quite a few members, so that Sister Bréant could say goodbye. We also had some really good appointments with friends, so things are going pretty well in Burgdorf! We met with one of our friends, and let me tell you, it was an interesting experience. She is from Peru and is a very spiritual person. Near the end of our visit, she asked if she could perform a cleansing ritual for each of us. We were okay with it, so our friend went into her kitchen and came back with two eggs and a glass of water. She proceeded to clasp the egg in her hand and began saying some sort of prayer. She then took the egg, and rubbed it up and down my body while chanting something in Spanish. Then she cracked the egg into the glass of water, examined it, and said that I was healthy. She then did the same for Sister Bréant, except when she cracked the egg for her, there was a little bit of blood in the egg. Our friend ...

Hoi zäme! Sister Bréant and I got some surprising news this past week. There's a sister who's going home early, so they had to move around some of the sisters in our mission. Unfortunately, Sister Bréant and I happened to get caught up in it. Sister Bréant will be leaving and going to Bonstetton, Switzerland, and I'll stay and get Sister Field for my last few weeks. We were pretty sad to hear this news because Sister Bréant and I are good friends, but I know that God is aware of our circumstances. On the bright side, I am looking forward to getting to know my new companion Sister Field, who I will get to meet next Monday. We also had a mini Zone Conference in Zürich this past week. We had the opportunity to meet President and Sister Bates, our new mission president and his wife. They're very nice people, and I'm glad I get to serve with them for my last transfer. Hoi zäme! Another week flew by! It's so crazy to think that I'm now in my last transfer, but I'm determined to keep working until the end! We did a lot of service for members this week, which included garden work and moving. For the move, we were fortunately just moving from one apartment to another in the same building. It was still a little tiring, though.  We also had a little miracle as we were coming home from the move. We got on the train, rode one stop over, and then I realized that it was the wrong train. This rarely happens to me, since I'm usually pretty good about checking that we're on the right platform and that we get on the right train. However, for some reason, on that day, I didn't.  I was feeling pretty annoyed about the whole situation because we were going to get home later and not have time to do our language study.
